~Contract For Sale of Goods on Consignment~
This Contract is made on this __________ day of _____________________ , 2009, between__BEEstung_(hereinafter “Gallery”), City of _York_ , State of _Pennsylvania_ , and
______________________________________(hereinafter “Artist”), City of , State of .
For valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Artist agrees to provide the following goods to theGallery on consignment:
2. The Gallery agrees to display the goods at its place of business, gallery presentations, or other such venues as contracted by Gallery, for a period of not less than sixty (60) days, and use its best efforts to re-sell the goods at the following price:
Consignment Rate: 30/70

3. The goods will remain the property of the Artist until they are re-sold by the Gallery. The Gallery agrees to pay the following price to the Artist for any goods sold while held on consignment under this Contract:
4. The Gallery agrees to return any unsold goods after the 60 day selling period, in good condition, to the Artist on the Artist’s written demand.
5. The Buyer will not pay for shipping costs to and from the submitting Seller. But will send checks out monthly ( by the 10th day of the month after which the Artists work sells).
6. The Gallery represents that it has legal title to the goods and full authority to sell the goods. Seller also represents that the property is sold free and clear of all liens, mortgages, indebtedness, or liabilities.
7. The Artist agrees that while these goods are consigned to BEEstung, the seller will not showcase any other items elsewhere within a 25 mile vicinity.
8. No modification of this Contract will be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by both parties. Time is of the essence of this contract. This Contract binds and benefits both the Gallery and Artist and any successors. This document, including any attachments, is the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller. This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania
9 This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Gallery and Artist agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of York County, Pennsylvania.
The parties have signed this Contract on the date specified at the beginning of this Contract.
